Sunday May 28th, 2023 sees AEW Double or Nothing take place.
How time changes. Years ago, I attended the first ever Double or Nothing, and vowed with my friends to make it an annual thing. Then COVID hit, and that derailed that plan.
And now I won’t even be able to watch the show live, as it’s my daughters 16th birthday and alas, she is not a wrestling fan. Yet. There’s still time.
Alright. Let’s get to Double or Nothing.

Ooof – tough one, odds wise.
First, I mentioned on the podcast post to bet on Toni Storm at +500, so hopefully some of y’all did that with the word on Hayters injury. Good chance they just veto that match of course but we’ll see how it goes.
I’m going with 1/2u on The Elite to win. I’d like to bet more, but that would require more risk to profit and who knows where this story is going. But it does feel with Hangman back, they have to win.
Despite the hints of Briscoe leaning towards helping Lethal out, I’m still thinking FTR win.
Christian is a bit tempting due to the hot potato this title belt has come, but I can’t see it enough. It’s one I might bet on myself, but I can’t advise. Just feels like they are trying to build Wardlow up again.
Nothing else I am seeing.
