NJPW G1 Climax 30: Nights 15 & 16 Betting Odds & Tips

Another two nights of the NJPW G1 Climax are done with, and it was another successful outing betting tips wise.

I felt awesome seeing EVIL win as I’ve been talking about the long term booking involving that for awhile now and so it was good to see it come to fruition.

I nailed the bridgejumper bet of Zack Sabre Jr, and a big 3/4u bet on Ibushi to win which was nice.

Both Blocks have one more night left then it is the final.

• Kazuchika Okada (-770) vs Tomohiro Ishii (+400)

NJPW G1 Climax Night 16 Betting Tips:

I said it a couple days ago that the Top 4 should win out until the final night at this point. That’s how we made all that money on Ibushi last time. Alas his odds aren’t there. So White, Okada, Ospreay and Ibushi should all win unless Gedo wants to pull off a big shock.

Ibushi at -250 is the only bettable one there. Too risky for me though.

In the other match both Takagi and Taichi are eliminated. I’ve got to say Takagi wins there. I was super impressed with him in his last match. Excellent worker and carried Okada who has been weak this entire tournament. Anyway no bet.

So no bets.

• KENTA (-250) vs Yoshi-Hashi (+175)
• Zack Sabre Jr. (-250) vs Juice Robinson (+200)
• Tetsuya Naito (-250) vs Toru Yano (+250)

NJPW G1 Climax Night 16 Betting Tips:

So like I said over a week ago it’s likely that SANADA and EVIL both win out to lead to their final match against each other. So we have to write both them off from betting.

That would put EVIL on 12pts and SANADA on 10pts and SANADA if he wins would beat him on H2H.

But then we have Naito. He has only lost to EVIL. So it seems crazy but I think there is a chance that Toru Yano wins here if they are going the EVIL/SANADA route. 1/4u on Toru Yano.

Juice is eliminated mathematically and ZSJ could win to keep things interesting at the top. No bet there. KENTA will be out after this one but I’d be surprised if he losses.

So just the one bet over two nights and it’s a risky one but no surprise at this stage.
