WWE Money in the Bank 2017 Betting Tips

This weekend WWE Money in the Bank 2017 takes place in St. Louis, Missouri.
We have two Money in the Bank ladder matches. One for the WWE Championshp contract featuring the men, and the first ever Women’s Money in the Bank.
We’ve also got Naomi vs Lana, The Usos vs the New Day and Randy Orton vs Jinder Mahal.
It’s going to be a very interesting PPV with all of the focus on the two MITB matches.
There may be some more matches added to the card as well.

- Jinder Mahal (-350) vs Randy Orton (+250)
- Baron Corbin (-175) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (+360) vs Sami Zayn (+700) vs Kevin Owens (+900) vs AJ Styles (+1000) vs Dolph Ziggler (+3100)
- The Usos (-120) vs The New Day (-120)
- Naomi (-230) vs Lana (+170)

WWE Money in the Bank 2017 Betting Tips & Analysis:
Jinder Mahal (-350) vs Randy Orton (+250) It’s basically Randy Ortons hometown so the question is whether Randy is immune to the hometown jobbing or not.
He won here at Battleground 2015 against Sheamus. He got kicked out of the Survivor Series 2014 team. He was in the final 4 in the 2012 Rumble. He lost in the Elimination Chamber in 2010. On TV shows he went to a no contest with Reigns on the April 28, 2014 RAW, beat The Miz in October 2013 on RAW, beat Mason Ryan on the March 2011 RAW and teamed with Cena to beat Jericho and Big Show on the August 2009 RAW.
I’d say it’s fairly inconclusive but hey I’ve did my research on the match. Oh hey and he lost a dark match to Cena in February 2009 on RAW. The one thing I can say from that is that the hometown curse doesn’t seem to affect Orton YET.
There was hints that the Wyatt/Orton program could pick up again this week so who knows if that will factor in. At the odds I’m fine risking a 1/4 unit on Orton.
Baron Corbin (-175) vs Shinsuke Nakamura (+360) vs Sami Zayn (+700) vs Kevin Owens (+900) vs AJ Styles (+1000) vs Dolph Ziggler (+3100) This seems to be a big question of “Will WWE go with the obvious pick?”. We all know they like to throw curveballs. Corbin does seem the obvious pick. He’s someone WWE like and apparently have plans for for later in the year with the WWE Championship so having Money in the Bank will help that transition. They’ve booked him to lose a ton lately against Sami which is always a good sign for a big win like this. A couple of weeks ago when I wrote the article on Money in the Bank odds I tipped Corbin at -140 odds.
The big one for me is I look at all the other contenders and I don’t see any indication they’re going to win. I’d say you either bet the Field against Corbin or Corbin himself. I’ll stick with my bet on Corbin.
The Usos (-120) vs The New Day (-120) This is one where a DQ finish could be a factor obviously. I just feel it’s too early for The New Day to win the titles. They could win via countout or something though so I’ll risk just half a unit on the Usos to win.
Naomi (-230) vs Lana (+170) This is too tricky to call. WWE are so strong on Lana that it honestly wouldn’t surprise me if she somehow wins. Especially with the Smackdown ratings going to crap this week – they need something to shake it up. Honestly I hate advising this but I’ll say 1/4 unit on Lana.
Carmella (-145) vs Natalya (+255) vs Becky Lynch (+360) vs Charlotte (+800) vs Tamina (+2800) I’m stunned by these odds to be honest. I can only assume insider money is already in on this one. Either way I’m risking 1/2 unit on Charlotte. The first womens Money in the Bank ladder match winner being Charlotte just sounds about right to me. I thought that soon as the match is announced and there’s nothing other than the odds to indicate Carmella wins.
